We guarantee your right to exchange or return all our products under the following conditions:

• Products can be exchanged or returned within 3 business days of receipt.
• Items must be in original condition and original packaging.
• Once approved, a courier will collect the item within 3 to 5 business days.

Send a photo of the product with your city, address, and order number.

✅ Eligible return/exchange cases:

• If the product is defective or damaged.
• If the product is completely different from the description on our website.

In these cases, you will receive a full refund or free replacement.
